Rest in Pixie Stix, Gene.

Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory is one of those movies you’ll remember for the rest of your life. It’s one of those movies that gave you hope as a kid, that anything was possible- Charlie did start from the bottom, now he’s here (in the chocolate factory.) It’s sad to hear that Gene Wilder, the man who played Willy Wonka in this 1971 classic, has lost his battle with Alzheimer’s today at the age of 83.

Gone, and never to be forgotten. Good day, sir.
